Story behind the recipe:
When Allergy Girl saw that Bonanza had released a pizza crust, she knew she had to make one! What's exciting about Bonanza is that it's made of chickpeas which is high in protein so if you really don't want to have meat or you're fully vegan/vegetarian then you can just opt to have this delicious alternative and have fun with the rest. One of Allergy Girl's favorite pizza's is pear and Gorgonzola, so this is her rendition of that.
It's difficult to find cheeses that are vegan and also coconut free, Follow Your Heart has some options and so does Myoko's. That's it. If you wanted to get fancy with this pizza you can take chunks of Myoko's wheel cheese and crumble that over instead of the Parmesan, however if you wanted to keep it easy, simple, and cheap you can just stick with the Parmesan and the mixture of flavors and cheeses taste pretty much the same.
