Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

FREE OF: gluten, dairy, tomato, coconut, seeds, fish, soy, cauliflower, peanut


  • 1 bagel

  • 2 pieces of bacon

  • Half handful spring mix greens

  • Dairy free cream cheese

  • 3 marinated artichoke hearts


  1. Put your bagel in the toaster and toast to desired crisp

  2. Take already cooked bacon and crisp under broiler for 2 minutes

  3. Put a thick layer of cream cheese on both sides of bagel

  4. Place mixed greens on bottom, then bacon, then break up the artichoke hearts to make them thinner and spread them out evenly

  5. Put sandwich together

  6. Enjoy!

Who doesn't want an easy breakfast sandwich recipe. It's almost always a race in the morning to try to get out the door or start your day and what you need is something super quick. It's delicious, healthy, and super easy. Little taste of breakfast with an Italian hint to it.
