Bagel Breakfast Sandwich

FREE OF: gluten, dairy, tomato, coconut, seeds, fish, soy, cauliflower, peanut
Ingredients:
1 bagel
2 pieces of bacon
Half handful spring mix greens
Dairy free cream cheese
3 marinated artichoke hearts
Instructions:
Put your bagel in the toaster and toast to desired crisp
Take already cooked bacon and crisp under broiler for 2 minutes
Put a thick layer of cream cheese on both sides of bagel
Place mixed greens on bottom, then bacon, then break up the artichoke hearts to make them thinner and spread them out evenly
Put sandwich together
Enjoy!
