Story behind the recipe:

Who doesn't love fried rice? We love simple tasty recipes and this is one of them. It's easy to modify the recipe to your needs. If you're vegetarian you can just omit the chicken and use tofu or tempeh or add extra veggies of your choice. It's also really easy to make a large batch for left overs or if you are having a dinner party.

Tips for extra flavor and uniqueness: add freshly chopped green onions on top, drizzle more soy sauce, and if you like them (we love them) add some chopped baby corn to the recipe. If you have any ideas to make it more unique, let us know and we'll tell you how it went. We love new ideas and trying new things. We hope you enjoy the recipe, be sure to leave us a review on the website!
