Story behind the recipe:

Are you ever sick of trying to find a hot fudge that doesn't give you a tooth ache? Well Allergy Girl was. All these normal store bought "dark chocolate" hot fudges or even the recipes for "dark chocolate" hot fudges are WAY too sweet. Sometimes it's nice, but sometimes you want a more serious fudge that can balance out your already super sweet ice cream or whatever you're eating.

This hot fudge isn't too sweet, and it will help mellow out any extra sweet dessert you're having. Plus, you don't have to shove a bunch of unnecessary sugar into your body, it's much healthier so you don't have to feel extra guilt with adding this to your dessert. It's just mellow enough though that kids will still enjoy it just the same.
