Macaroni Salad

Serving size: 8-10

Cook Time:10 minutes



FREE OF: gluten, dairy, soy, coconut, banana, seeds, lime, fish, cauliflower, all nuts, apples, grains



Ingredients:


  • 1 box gf macaroni pasta (we use Barilla GF)

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 5 hard boiled eggs chopped

  • 1/2 cup diced black olives

  • 1/2 cup diced Pimentos

  • 1/2 cup diced celery

  • 2 cups Mayo

  • 1/4 cup Sweet relish

  • salt and pepper to taste




Instructions:


  1. Cook and cool noodles

  2. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl






 


Story behind the recipe:

During the summer there's always BBQ's, parties, family get-togethers, potlucks, and whatever way you like to socialize. Bringing something as simple and delicious as this is a win for everyone. It's easy and quick for you, there's a large amount for everyone, and it's tasty of course.

This is very safe allergy wise. There's no nuts, no grains, no dairy or gluten, no tomatoes, etc. So it's the perfect side for a gathering. It goes well along side meats, burgers, sandwiches, and more!
