Recommendations

We highly recommend you get silicone molds because its significantly easier to manipulate and to take them out. If you're worried about the cost, you don't need to be. You can get one mold at Walmart, Joann's Fabrics, or Michael's for anywhere between $1-$5. You can also order them pretty cheap on Amazon.

Story behind the recipe:

Chocolate truffles are just about the best thing you can have for Valentine's day or any romantic occasion. It's pretty difficult to find vegan and gluten free ones and if you do, they're generally very pricey. There's so many recipes out there for different kinds of truffles, but this one is definitely one you won't see anywhere and it's pretty easy.

These truffles have a nice crunch to them, but still have a juicy layer as well. If you let them sit for a day the strawberry and marshmallow mixture becomes kind of like a cordial cherry texture to them. Sweet, syrupy, and flavorful strawberry.

With chocolate molds you and a unique filling you are sure to impress whoever you give theses tasty morsels to. Pair with a dessert wine or your choice of hard liquor. Have a romantic evening!
